We start with a 15-minute Discovery Call to learn more about your project and how we can help. We then schedule an in-person Consultation during this time. Consultations are typically around an hour long, and we send you a small amount of homework beforehand to hone in on your wishlist. We’ll create a project proposal within 48 hours with the breakdown of our design investment.

All the formalities have been taken care of from contracts to deposits, and now it’s time for the fun stuff! We collaborate on your style and design concept to begin the true design phase, from design boards to 3D renderings, to help you visualize your new space. This step in the process typically takes 4-6 weeks, depending on project scope.

In tandem, we’re having on-site meetings with trusted General Contractors to plan your project build-out. We round out this phase of the process with an in-person Design Review (Full Service) to see all the materials in person.

Now the dust is flying! Once work begins we’re working alongside your General Contractor or trades required for your project to ensure design intent is being captured. We schedule regular site visits to stay on track with you, the client, and your handpicked team.

Throughout this process, we are ordering the approved products for your space, so everything is ready to install once construction is through, and we’re keeping you informed throughout the process on each item’s whereabouts with regular progress reports.

With a snap of your fingers (we wish!) your project is complete! Time for the furniture and decor to move in to your new home and cozy things up. We’ll take care of all the heavy lifting while you enjoy some time out of the construction zone, and hours later you’ll come back to a HOME! Time to celebrate - red or white?
