Purposeful Design That Fits Your Vision and Your Timeline
We provide the design, space plans, and product list - you take care of the procurement and setup on your own! This package includes a revision period and utilizes our online portal system, making it simple to provide feedback and collaborate. Virtual Design Packages primarily accommodate furnishing projects from preferred retailers, not to the trade options.
how it works
Initial Inquiry and Discovery Call
We start with a 15-minute Discovery Call to learn more about your project and how we can help. We then schedule an in-person Consultation during this time. Consultations are typically around an hour long, and we send you a small amount of homework beforehand to hone in on your wishlist. If you're not local - don't worry we can do this first step with a Virtual Consultation and guide you in measuring your space
Kickoff + Creation
Following the Consultation you're ready to start your project. We start each Virtual Design Package with an invoice and a kickoff email to gather inspiration imagery that you're drawn to and guide the design process further. From there we start space planning and pulling your design together on 2D design boards. This step in the process typically takes 4-6 weeks, depending on project scope. All communication during this process takes place in our portal system.
Design Submission
Once the designs are complete they are accessible in our portal system for viewing and include the following deliverables: space plan options, a 2D design board for each space, a design rationale explaining the design in detail, and a full product shop list specifying size, quantity, and color. These products are all retail-ready items, and have an add to cart button, making your shopping experience seamless to purchase at your own pace.
Revision Period
We offer a 2 week revision period for you to submit feedback and request edits to your design so we can ensure you're happy with the final outcome and can begin executing ordering products and set up of your space with confidence! You then have lifetime access to your designs and can easily login at any time to view your space plans, design boards, and shop list via The Highpoint House website home page.
3D Renderings
Extra visualization is always an option for this package if you'd like to see what the finishes could look like in your new space. We achieve this through 3D renderings and still images for an additional investment.
