consultation
This service is for the client who doesn’t need a full overhaul. This is specific to any problem-spaces in your home that need a fresh set of eyes and ideas. We will walk through your physical space with you and discuss design adjustments that make sense for you and your home. This is also the first step in and of our projects.
organization
organization
This offering is for the client who has their design set, but needs help with the organization and function. The Highpoint House can come to your home for an assessment of the space, purchase the product to organize your space, and lay everything in place over the course of a day or a couple days depending on the scope of the project. (Product must be paid for by the client on the day of install.)*
plans/elevations/renderings
Plans/Renderings/Elevations
This service is for the client or builder/renovator that needs plans developed for their project, elevations for tradesmen, and renderings to communicate client vision. We utilize SketchUp and CAD platforms to lay these deliverables out.
